2.5 pounds fresh broccoli
3-4 cups spinach
romain lettuce

2 avocados

parsley
2 red bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
½ onion, chopped
1 zucchini, chopped
plum/grape tomatoes
2 lemons
bananas
2 cups shelled edamame
2 large sweet potatoes
2 cucumbers
red onion
3 ears of corn
1 lb cod
shrimp cocktail
flank steak
2 medium chicken breasts, chopped
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
Greek olives, pitted and sliced
vegetable oil
Dijon mustard
